If your pet is sick, we can see him or her the same day as a work-in appointment or drop-off. Pet emergencies can be accommodated during hospital hours, and we will refer you to local emergency clinics if it is after hours. If you have any questions about follow-up or other matters, we provide an immediate or same-day response.

• Late Charge $15 — If you are 15 minutes or later past your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a $15 late fee. It is up to the doctor's discretion if we will still be able to see the appt, or if we need to reschedule your appointment. 
• No Show Fee $30 — If we do not receive notice that you need to cancel your appointment and you miss your scheduled appointment, your account will be charged a no-show fee of $30.
• Late Pick Up Fee $10 — Our late pickup fee of $10 will be applied if you are unable to pick up your pet more than 5 minutes past closing. If you believe you might be 15 minutes or more past closing, please contact us soon as possible. This way we will be able to arrange pick up or get your pet settled for an overnight stay (charges apply).

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, American Express, MasterCard, VISA, and debit cards.

We offer our clients CareCredit for any fees that become unexpected. CareCredit is a 90-day, interest free charge card. Approval only takes minutes after the completion of a short application online.



If you have pet health insurance, we will provide you with invoices or any other documentation required to submit your claim.
